The quotation form may collect your name, company, role, email, phone number, request and flooring type, surface area, schedule, site address, message and uploaded files. The website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate audience measurement, without cookies or individual fingerprinting.

Recipients and providers
Access is limited to authorised Sevasol staff and necessary providers: Sanity (content, requests and files), Resend (transactional email), Brevo (newsletter only with consent), and Cloudflare (hosting, security and audience measurement). For a project, relevant information may be shared with the suppliers, subcontractors or insurers involved.
Transfers outside the EEA
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required by the GDPR, these transfers rely on an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses, or another GDPR safeguard.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to certain processing. Write to the email address shown above. Proof of identity will only be requested if there is reasonable doubt about your identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL at cnil.fr.
Cookies and audience measurement
Cloudflare Web Analytics uses no cookies, client-side storage or individual fingerprinting. Cloudflare may set cookies that are strictly necessary for website security and operation. Sevasol uses no advertising or profiling cookies.
